Shipping Policy
FLAXgirl ships all orders of available inventory within 48 hours of receipt of order.  We may sometimes experience greater than expected demand for an item, an unforeseen delay in shipment, or items might be placed on backorder to our warehouse.  All items will be shipped as they are available, resulting in your order possibly being in separate shipments.  Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock and on backorder.  You will be notified of shipping delay after order is processed.  Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing order.  We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.

Shipping charges:
All shipments are made via UPS. No shipments to PO boxes.

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)--All Free Shipping is Standard Delivery

Quick Delivery (2-3 business days) add $15

Express Delivery (Next day delivery) add $50

Express orders must be placed by 11am CST.

Canadian orders add $20 for shipping and processing.

Return /Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be mailed within 5 days of receipt.  Regularly priced, non-sale items may be exchanged.  All returns MUST HAVE a Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the shipping package and received back to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt.  Please call, or email to get your RA#.  Any packages without an RA# will be refused.  All items are to be returned in the same brand new condition as they were when sent out.  We will not accept items that have been worn or damaged or have any odor.  A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returns.

Sale Items:
All sales are final, no exchanges, and no returns on discounted items.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-ordered items are returnable for store credit or exchange only. No refunds. All Pre-Ordered Item transactions will be processed at time of purchase. The item will be shipped as it becomes available for shipment.

Back Orders:
Occasionally items will no longer be in stock in our inventory and orders for such items will be placed on backorder.  Credit cards are immediately charged by our system upon placement of order.  If for some reason an item is no longer available, we will credit the dollar amount for that item back on to your card.
